Often referred to as "Lazyman's Yoga", Thai Massage is performed on a mat with clothes on, while the practitioner uses a a mix of traditional massage techniques and assisted stretching.

Meet Briana Schoenleber

As a certified Thai Yoga bodywork practitioner and Level 3 Reiki practitioner, Briana uses her love of helping others heal through touch to create a Somatic Healing experience unique to massage and reiki. You can also find Briana in the classroom as she is one of our teachers.
