In this fun-filled class, children will learn classical yoga poses weaved into stories, songs, and games, all while having a blast! Your child will also learn breathing techniques

to further concentration, as well as listening skills while reducing stress. Yoga enables children to release energy, connect with their bodies, and improve on focus and coordination.

Kundalini Yoga Breathing

Raise your vibration in this class which includes Kundalini yoga Kriya, active meditation, and chanting.  Perfect for new students, or longtime yogis. Leave feeling connected and uplifted.
