Core Power Pilates

A low-impact workout that will transform your body from the inside out. Tone your buttocks, sculpt your arms and legs, and strengthen your core creating long, lean muscle.

A $10 drop-in class taught by a newly graduated teacher.

Raise your vibration in this class which includes Kundalini yoga Kriya, active meditation, and chanting.  Perfect for new students, or longtime yogis. Leave feeling connected and uplifted.

A gentle flow class followed by deep stretches, similar to Restorative, but with less props and shorter hold times.
