Initial Acupuncture Appointment
(90 Minutes $150)
Your first session starts with a comprehensive intake and systems review, allowing me to assess your condition and create a personalized treatment plan. The treatment itself combines Acupuncture, Essential Oils, and gentle bodywork. Depending on your needs, I may also incorporate additional therapies such as cupping, guasha, moxibustion, infrared heat therapy, electro-acupuncture, or ear seeds. To support your healing beyond our sessions, I may provide lifestyle recommendations and nutritional guidance.

Follow-up Acupuncture Appointment
(60 Minutes $110)
Follow-up appointments center around a blend of Acupuncture, essential oils, and moxibustion. Each session includes a check-in to assess your progress, explore any physical or emotional shifts, and adjust your treatment plan as needed. My approach integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with Kiiko style acupuncture (KMS), ensuring a personalized and holistic experience.

Follow-up Acupuncture with Cupping/Gua Sha Add-On
(90 minutes $150)
For those seeking extra bodywork during their follow-up session, I offer an additional focus on back and shoulder tension using gua sha and cupping. These powerful techniques help release adhesions, oxygenate tight muscles, and promote detoxification, leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalized.

Initial Facial Acupuncture Appointment
(120 minutes $220)

Facial Acupuncture is a cosmetic treatment designed to reduce the appearance of fine lines, lift and sculpt the face, increase circulation, improve skin tone, and address acne, all while enhancing your natural glow. Each session includes facial acupuncture to boost collagen production, along with body acupuncture to promote internal balance, fostering beauty from the inside out. The treatment concludes with a soothing facial massage, cupping, and gua sha to smooth the skin and release tight muscles. Optimal results are achieved after a series of treatments, and I will discuss any contraindications with you personally.

Follow-Up Facial Acupuncture Appointment
(90 Minutes $165)
Follow-up facial acupuncture sessions are for existing patients only and continue to build on your initial treatment to reduce fine lines, lift and tone the skin, and enhance circulation for a radiant glow. Each session includes targeted facial acupuncture to stimulate collagen production, along with body acupuncture to maintain internal balance. The treatment concludes with a gentle facial massage, cupping, and gua sha to relax muscles and further smooth and revitalize the skin. Regular follow-ups help maintain lasting results, keeping your skin healthy and vibrant over time.
