Meditation is a powerful tool for managing stress, quieting mental noise, and creating space to breathe and recharge. Chelsea shares her experience with a mantra-based practice rooted in an ancient Vedic tradition called Primordial Sound Meditation—a simple, effortless technique that helps you settle the mind and let go of tension.
