Kids Yoga
In this fun-filled class, children will learn classical yoga poses weaved into stories, songs, and games, all while having a blast! Your child will also learn breathing techniques
to further concentration, as well as listening skills while reducing stress. Yoga enables children to release energy, connect with their bodies, and improve on focus and coordination.

Breathwork Meditation
Using different breathing techniques as a gateway into deep meditative states. Focusing on breath will allow participants to disconnect from their minds and reconnect with the peace within.
