Alice Fawn

Alice is a Reiki Master and yoga teacher, who loves empowering others through various modalities of healing. In her yoga classes, she provides a safe space for students to connect to the stillness within.

Alice began her personal practice in 2002, and was guided to receive her training in 2015. When she is not teaching, she is probably singing in one of her music projects.

Allie Krug

Like so many others, Allie's yoga practice started at home. Yoga came as a source of relief from chronic back pain, due to years of work as a hair stylist. She quickly realized the benefits. After the birth of her son, Allie discovered that regular practice helped her recover from postpartum in a graceful, balanced way.

Allie's creative, upbeat, and fun energy, translates to all areas of her life. Her belief that yoga can be light hearted is truly transformative for everyone who takes her classes.

A self proclaimed nerd of details with a natural passion for sharing and educating others, inspired her receive her 200 hour RYT.

Allie is a native local to Monmouth County and is currently finishing her 300 hour RYT program. When not on the mat, Allie can be found in the salon or educating other hair stylists.

Courtney Ciandella

Courtney’s journey on the yoga mat began 7 years ago, when she was a recent college graduate in search of a new way to challenge her body. Growing up as a competitive athlete and a former college tennis player, she was accustomed to pushing her body to its limits. But after taking her first yoga class, she wished she introduced the practice into her routine years ago to help her on and off the court. Courtney realized the benefits of yoga went beyond the physical asana practice, tapping into a deeper connection between the mind and body.

Over the years, Courtney has turned to yoga as a means of “silencing the chaos” from her everyday life. This mindset prompted her to receive her 200 hour RYT so she can help others do the same.

Courtney currently resides in Asbury Park, NJ with her 2-year-old dachshund mix Winnie.

Gina Pulisciano

Gina began her yoga practice upon moving to NYC in 2005. Her work as an esthetician was strenuous on her body, and yoga brought her physical relief. After two life transforming trips to India, she decided to delve deeper into the world of yoga by obtaining her 200 hr RYT in 2011. Her 13 years of experience as a holistic esthetician informs her approach to her teaching style. Gina has a passion for helping people be their best self and believes yoga is the true definition of the word: the union between mind and body.

In addition to being a yoga instructor and licensed esthetician in both NY and NJ, she is also a certified Reiki practitioner, trained in yoga therapeutics, studies Ayurveda and aromatherapy, and is the founder of Alchemy Holistics, a botanical-based skincare line made for sensitive skin.

Gina currently lives in Leonardo, NJ with her husband Pete and orange tabby, George.
