Try some lesser known meditations in this lovely workshop. Kundalini meditation is active, meaning the participant does not sit quietly and hope to have a completely clutter free mind on command. Your mind has more than one element of focus which can offer a quick, quiet break from the thinking mind or even perhaps a doorway to bliss.

Active meditation can include different breath patterns of the following combinations:

  • Breath with mudra (hand gestures)

  • Breath with mantra

  • Breath with simple movement
